I can say for certain that I am a huge fan of caviar of almost any description or price. I've had very expensive caviar and I've had not-so-expensive caviar. With a little creme fraiche and a sliver of hard boiled egg on a toast point - nothing is more delicious. If you have not tried caviar, today would be the perfect day to do so. Enjoy!
