I couldn't help but make this late night Friday post about my newest discovery.
I made a trip to Homegoods recently and among the several items I found was this intriguing bottle of truffle salt with black pepper. I had to try it. And I have. And this is what I can tell you. It is delicious on sliced tomatoes used to make a tomato sandwich. And it is delicious on scrambled eggs done on the rangetop with a little olive oil in the pan. Give it a try. This would make a great Christmas gift too!
